Avonside Engineering, founded in 1984 in Wiltshire, began with a mission to provide reliable machine shop services to local businesses. Initially, the company specialised in recreating functional spare parts by reverse engineering broken models brought in by customers. This approach quickly earned us a strong reputation, thanks to the team's ability to deliver high quality replacement parts swiftly and cost effectively, minimising downtime for clients.
Over the years, the company has evolved significantly. Our facilities have expanded, and now operate from a 5000sq/ft modern workshop in Melksham, Wiltshire. This growth has enabled us to diversify our offerings beyond breakdown part services. Today, our capabilities include advanced CNC turning and milling, allowing us to produce one off prototype components and support small batch manufacturing with precision and efficiency.
