local utility company asked us to manufacture a wheel assembly for a
sewerage treatment works. We were provided with a worn
sample with which we made mechanical drawings. From these drawings we
were able to manufacture new parts, purchase seals and bearings,
and then assemble. |
 | Our
customer, a large cardboard manufacturer, asked whether we would be
able to copy this folding lever as the part was no longer available
from the original manufacturer. We were able to make mechanical
drawings from this broken sample and then reproduce the part. |
